David has been a trusted IT partner for over 25 years, with expertise in leading the design, implementation, and management of IT strategy and services for Life Science companies in start-up and scale-up stages. Broad experience and success with on-premises and cloud systems, networking, line of business applications, ITSM, databases and business intelligence, integration, regulatory compliance, security and privacy, and project portfolio management. Known as a collaborative, innovative, and versatile leader, strategist, and builder that can roll-up his sleeves when needed. He founded the Tog Group, LLC in 2019.
